Welcome to our latest selection of activities equipment available from our Borrow A Box collection! Each box comes with a variety of interactive equipment for care homes and community groups to enjoy a joyful activity. Borrow A Box is a free lending library service.
Borrow-A-Box support West Lothian Canolympic and Senior Games events, providing sporting equipment that care homes and community groups rotate throughout the year at practice sessions before and during the main games.

Borrow-A-Box Afternoon Tea Boxes, are themed afternoon tea boxes with place settings, table covers and decorations for you to host your own themed afternoon tea. Smile also hosts regular Tea Dances within the community, where friends, families and neighbouring communities join together for an afternoon of live music, dance and lots of singing!

Adapted Cycling
Keeping active is one of the most important factors to help maintain independence in older adults. Cycling can promote independence and improve cardiovascular health while assisting cognitive function, balance, strength and well being.
Since 2017 Smile has been raising awareness about the importance of keeping active in your senior years by hosting adapted cycling projects.
