At Smile, we are dedicated to enhancing  the lives of elderly individuals living in care homes, which is why Smile is proud to support Care Concern Group 2025 Highland Games.

The Highland games, is a vibrant initiative designed to encourage individuals of all abilities to participate in regular activity, attendees not only enhance their physical fitness but also built friendships and connections that can last a life time.
